Tim Wong is a welcome new addition to our club. He started his rowing career at Michigan Technology University where he started sculling his junior year. He continued his row to success training with the Durham Boat Club where he enjoyed success bringing home gold in both the lightweight single and double at U.S. Elite Nationals. He went on to row out of Riverside Boat Club while working in Boston where he again had much success at U.S. National, Canadian Henley and HOCR regattas.
Tom Perry is in his second year of coaching at MBC, but he is hardly new to our club. Tom was an active and successful rower for both the Univeristy of Minnesota and MBC where he swept the national, NWIRA and Canadian Henley Championships. Tom currently is the Director of Rowing for the U of M women's team and coached last fall for the U of M men's club rowing program.
