The safety meeting is May 6

 The annual safety meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6 at 6 p.m. at the boathouse. All members are expected to attend.

The meeting will cover:

• Review and explanation of the traffic pattern.
• A guest speaker from the Upper River Services Barge Company to discuss barge/rower safety and communication.
• Tips and tricks for navigating the river.
• Responsibilities of each member in helping to maintain overall club safety.
• Examples of safety run-amok.
